SwissCham Indonesia, supported by Swiss Skill for Competitiveness (SS4C), has appointed a Vocational Program Officer to its secretariat team. This initiative aims to enhance awareness and provide support to SwissCham Indonesia member companies in implementing a Structured Internship Program.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia recently issued the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK 128), which governs Vocational Education and Training within industries. This regulation includes a tax benefit for companies known as the Super Tax Deduction, allowing businesses to claim up to a 200% tax deduction for implementing Vocational Education and Training programs.

In light of this, SwissCham Indonesia's Human Capital Development and Fiscal, Custom, and Excise Sectoral Groups will jointly host a Socialization of Super Tax Deductions for Vocational Training Implementation in the Industry. A representative from the tax office will serve as the resource person during this event.
