The Indonesian government is targeting 100% piped water access by 2030, aiming to serve at least 10 million households by 2024. Despite an abundant annual water supply (690 billion m³ versus a demand of 175 billion m³), 68% of Indonesia's rivers are polluted due to inadequate treatment and distribution infrastructure. This is an area where Swiss companies excel. Four Swiss firms will showcase their expertise at the Indowater Exhibition from 18 until 20 September at JIE Kemayoran, Swiss Pavilion, Hall J08.
The exhibitors are:
SID SA: Specializes in machinery and equipment for waste treatment and process technologies (https://sidsa.ch/);
Urimat - Produces waterless urinals and eco-friendly sanitary facilities (https://www.urimat.com/en/).
To highlight the Swiss water excellence, SwissCham Indonesia, in partnership with the Swiss Business Hub Indonesia, invites you to the CEO Gathering themed "Swiss-Indonesia Water Gathering" for discussions and networking between the exhibitors, SwissCham members, and local water industry players.
