Director of Investigation and Dispute Settlement Directorate General of Intellectual Property at DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - MINISTRY OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIAAnom Wibowo is a Director of Investigation and Dispute Settlement, Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia. He is a General Police Officer with over 26 years operational policing experience across a range of crime type in Indonesia. As Director of Investigation and Dispute Settlement, Anom is responsible for preparing the formulation of policies in the field of investigation, prevention, and resolution of intellectual property dispute settlement and also formulating strategic direction for law enforcement on intellectual property infringement. Under his leadership, Anom is responsible for the development of strategies to mitigate excessive bureaucracy between Intellectual Property Investigators and Police Investigators.
Anom so far known as the Former Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Surabaya Police. He has a good record of achievements while serving as Head of Criminal Investigation Unit. From Polrestabes Surabaya, he was transferred to become Head of the East Java Police Integrated Service Center (Kepala Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu, KSPKT). In the police's customer service, he made innovations with online and multimedia SPKT systems. This program was appreciated by the National Police Headquarters as one of the best programs.
The man who graduated from the Police Academy in 1994 is known as a Bhayangkara Corps who is ready to be placed anywhere. Before being assigned to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2021, he became Head of the Investigative Administration Section of the Investigation Supervisory Bureau of the Indonesian National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) from 2020 until 2021.
Anom holds a Master of Magister Sains (M.Si.) is a qualified senior investigating officer and a mentor for junior investigators both in The Ministry of Law and Human Rights and in The Bhayangkara Corps. In his downtime, Anom is a supportive father to his two childrens and his wife, all of whom manage to perpetually keep him on his toes.

Along with his technical and business education, he has over 15 years of international experience in creating and capturing value from technologies: from research through commercialization.
Xavier joined SICPA in 2012, and since then he has held different management roles: from R&D to product management, technical sales, business development and global strategy.
Today, as Head of Brand Protection, Xavier helps companies protect their products and brand value, while fighting counterfeiting, unauthorized overproduction, and grey market trading.
