Maria is a Partner in PB Taxand. She has more than 11 years experience in tax audit, and tax consultations on the corporate restructuring. She has experiences in corporate restructuring including merger and acquisition of wholesale, distributor, and manufacturing companies, etc.
She holds a Bachelor Degree for Accounting from University of Tarumanagara. At PB Taxand, she has expanded her knowledge by participating in a Regional Taxand Training Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2009 and attending Taxand Conference, Spain in 2012. She has Tax Certificate C as well as Tax Attorney license. She is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association
(IKPI).
