Permana’s role in PB Taxand includes assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, representing clients in the tax audit, tax objection, appeal and mutual agreement procedure related to Transfer Pricing cases, and assist clients in applying the Advance Pricing Agreement.
Currently he serves as Secretary General of Ikatan Akuntan Indo nesia Kompartemen Akuntan Pajak for 2014-current and Member of Supervisory Board of Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia for 2019-2024.
Permana actively conducting in-house Transfer Pricing seminar and workshop in several groups of companies as well as participating the local and international Transfer Pricing Summit. He was cited by the Legal Media Group as the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors in Indonesia since 2011.
Permana started his career in 1992 as a government auditor more than 6 years with the Ministry of Finance – Republic of Indonesia. He then joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1999 before joining PB Taxand in the Corporate Finance Division in 2001. In 2009 he was appointed to establish the Transfer Pricing Division.
He graduated from University of Indonesia with a Master in Management and Bachelor in Economics.
